ipanmedia is a provider of software application which helps in executing as well as managing email marketing and promotional campaigns. We maintain strictness by restricting unsolicited emails to come into email accounts of our clients.

Our terms and conditions agree to all the written norms under the Anti Spam Policy and Privacy Policy. ipanmedia reserves the right to alter the terms of agreement and other service aspects based on proprietary requirements. The updated terms and conditions of services will be put on ipanmedia’s website, and it will be effective on the date of publishing.

As per our terms and conditions, individuals who sign up contract will be eligible to use our services. While signing the contract, individuals will have to provide detailed, updated and correct personal information. Under the contract, information provided by individuals who want to avail email marketing services will not be used for any other means except otherwise stated as official. In addition, individuals are bound to maintain the security of account, passwords and files.

If any registration request is found not following the norms of the ipanmedia’s listed terms and conditions, it will be summarily refused without any further notification sent to the individual.

Subscription Fee

ipanmedia will charge monthly or bi-annual subscription fee. In case where the individuals have crossed the free trial period, the account will be suspended until the time when formal contract is signed for new subscription. ipanmedia will notify all the individuals via email about the termination of their account. It is requested to the individuals who want to avail email marketing and promotional campaign services that they subscribe to regular services within the allocated period of time.

All the Monthly or bi-annual subscriptions will be billed by ipanmedia on monthly or bi-annually as per the fee schedule which is selected by the individuals on the sign up. The subscription fee should be made via valid credit card which is accepted by Payment Tech transaction system. If, due to any technical errors, credit card payments are not being able to channelized, respective individuals will be notified and the email marketing services will be disabled until the time complete payments are not received.

ipanmedia also offers payment refunds as per the policy written under its terms and conditions. Here, decision of the management will be abiding under all conditions. Individuals suggesting their discretion will not hold good any of the circumstances.
